Rachael Atkins

Chief Executive Officer

Having worked at Campeyn for 18 years, Rachael has been instrumental in strategically growing the family-owned business into a national FM services provider. As CEO, Rachael oversees the ongoing safety, profitability and development of Campeyn, including expansion on a national basis as well as into new markets. She is responsible for overseeing operations and further driving the business forward via sustainable growth over the next decade.

Rachael’s vision is to make a difference in the FM space by providing superior integrated services to help support clients create a more cost-efficient way of managing their assets. Furthermore, she is passionate about empowering other women in business and giving back to the community. Rachael believes that businesses can have a positive impact on society while still achieving financial success.

Her career at Campeyn has seen her manage the implementation of an integrated business management system accredited to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ISO 9001. She has also been instrumental in helping to diversify Campeyn’s portfolio which now operates nationally within government, aged care, retail, disability & NDIS, and education & early learning. She was also instrumental in launching Campeyn’s program to invest 1% of profits back through worthy causes and projects to help support local communities in which Campeyn operates.

Robert La Torre

CFO

Robert is responsible for the commercial, governance and business performance oversight of Campeyn Group.

Robert joined Campeyn early 2022 as CFO from JLL where after he spent 10 years in the IFM division. Most recently, he was the Regional Finance Director for the Australia and New Zealand IFM Business.

Robert brings in excess of 20 years’ experience in Corporate Facilities Management, where his has held senior roles with both large Australian blue chip organisations and top tier service providers.

Key focus area’s include creating a data lead, fit for purpose and efficient environment whilst maintaining the highest levels of governance at all times.

Robert has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, with a major in Economics and a sub-major in corporate law. Robert is also a fellow of the CPA.

Ashley Austin

Strategy & Growth Director

Ashley joined Campeyn Group early 2022 in the new role as Strategy & Growth Director with a real focus on taking the business into different geograhies and to diversify into new markets/sectors.

Prior to moving across to Campeyn Group Ashley spent more than 7 years as APAC Sales Director of Urbanise (ASX) and was responsible for implementing and driving all sales, branding and marketing facets of the business within the APAC region.

Ashley also spent many years living offshore with the position of CEO – Wolf Group in Oman – being the final posting in the Middle East prior to moving home to Australia where he was responsible for establishing and developing businesses in the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

As a result Ashley has not only a phenomenal network and contact base but also some wonderful insights into the property, facility/asset management and technology space that will be critical to the success and evolution of Campeyn Group going forward.
